David was great about explaining what caused the drainage problems with our dishwasher, so much so that I feel confident about fixing similar issues in the future. Our problem was a blocked drainage pipe that led to a y-air gap fitting. David removed the blocked pipe and then we cleared the pipe of debris. David explained that the y-air gap part needed to be replaced, something that David was not authorized to do because a plumber is required for pipe work. But David was kind enough to Google the part and texted it to me so I could pick it up at a hardware store. I installed the part and everything is working great. Thank you David!

Tech was great however I’m not happy with Sears. I should never have had someone come out. The part needed isn’t available and should have been known based on the error code provided ahead of time to both the person I talked to on the phone and also via the AI bot.
