Excellent work from Richard! The service price is absurd though, very expensive just to change the little pilot on my oven.

Ritesh seemed to know what he was doing. I'm not satisfied with the service, though. I was rescheduled 3 times and then today, his arrival time was pushed back twice. The saving grace was that he did show up earlier than predicted. At least my refrigerator is fixed.

Did quick repair and friendly. Marked down due to did not remove glass and cardboard. Left for to dispose.

The technician knew immediately what was wrong with my washer. He told me how much it would cost to fix it. When I hesitated to make a decision, he reminded me that it was 15 years old and that something else would go wrong soon. Which was what I was thinking. I signed three documents declining repair. When I opened the documents later, there were photos and a statement that repair was not possible because of the "tight fit" and because the floor might be damaged. None of this was discussed. (I moved the washer to clean behind it and the floor was never damaged.) I felt that he really wasn't honest about fixing the problem.

Sorry but the repair was not completed. The washing machine doesn’t spin. I’ve been on Line trying to reopen the claim. But it wants an additional $100 Please send the repair guy back.

Horrible service. First of all the appointment was booked for 8-12pm. The service guy came at 5:15pm. We waited an entire day. Next once he came he saw nothing, he saw the dishwasher error message, googled it in front of us and said “ It is a circuit board issue, to fix this it might cost around $600 and still no guarantee that it’ll work, so better buy a new one”. He did not even open or check anything. For this I was charged $144. Ridiculous service
