Brandon was polite, professional, courteous and prompt. He diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly. His repair was expertly done. And he was so good natured with my cat. My cat instantly developed a crush on Brandon and wouldn’t leave him or his bag of tools alone. Many kudos to Brandon for his customer service and support.

I will be using only Sears Appliance repair from now on. I had another repair service out and after replacing two parts and failed to get my dishwasher to work, told me just to buy a new one. It is only 18 months old. But Sears knew exactly what is was and fixed it in less than an hour.
