Tech was great however I’m not happy with Sears. I should never have had someone come out. The part needed isn’t available and should have been known based on the error code provided ahead of time to both the person I talked to on the phone and also via the AI bot.

The technician was very professional and did an excellent job and cleaned all the dust up around the motor area. He explained to me how often to lubricate the treadmill and how to lubricate it. I was very pleased with him.
