Technician from Sears Home Services was EXCELLENT! Polite and extremely knowledgeable, called me that morning to give approx arrival time & texted as I asked so I could lock the dog up. There was text/email contact y Sears prior to appt requesting more details on the issue. This was warranty work on a refrigerator, warranty co. sent a different company out, that technician came out 4x without fixing anything, much less diagnosing the real problems. We finally went back to where we purchased it & they filed the claim, which sent out Sears Home Services, will start there first if anything else goes wrong! Highly recommend!!

The obligatory labor charge was exorbitant BUT Sears/Amarpreet repaired my oven. Amarpreet had the needed replacement part in his van (no second repair visit required) which is HUGE. I gave Amarpreet the rest of the day off.
