Ready to cancel my Sears Protection Plan because I had 5 previous visits @ $100 a pop with no repair done. I am happy with the Supervisor & refrigeration person David, who went the extra mile to find out the problem, order the parts, and make another trip back to our home to repair our LG refrigerator all in the same day. Your company should give this man a raise because his exceptional customer service and dedication is the reason we are keeping our Sears Protection plan. All we ever wanted was to get our refrigerator fixed. Thank you so much
