Best experience ever!!! When Ritesh showed up he went right to work and said that the knob on the washer needed replacing, but then stepped back and said I’m going to check something else. It was the something else. He saved me so much money and his time. Thanks Ritesh I will be requesting him again when I need service.

Technician was good. Sears doesn’t carry the necessary parts to fix a refrigerator leak although I could have told them exactly what I needed. They come out and diagnose and you need another booking to fix the issue. Not good use of my time.
