Ritesh seemed to know what he was doing. I'm not satisfied with the service, though. I was rescheduled 3 times and then today, his arrival time was pushed back twice. The saving grace was that he did show up earlier than predicted. At least my refrigerator is fixed.

Did quick repair and friendly. Marked down due to did not remove glass and cardboard. Left for to dispose.

Sorry but the repair was not completed. The washing machine doesn’t spin. I’ve been on Line trying to reopen the claim. But it wants an additional $100 Please send the repair guy back.

“Certified “Tech came at 6 pm, worked on lawn mower at said it’s fixed Tried to use it in couple days when rain stopped- not working, same problem. Called technician, he said someone will come and check- not happened Cannot reach a customer service at Sears Trust in Sears home services lost forever
