Sorry but the repair was not completed. The washing machine doesn’t spin. I’ve been on Line trying to reopen the claim. But it wants an additional $100 Please send the repair guy back.

The repairman was not able to fix the technical issue and when I tried to call Sears customer service they prompt my call to an AI agent that only knows it’s own words and not able to help with solving the problem.. It took 30 minutes of my time with no results!

Yall sent a refrigerator service person for a range repair. Very frustrated with your customer service and care. Been trying to get repair thru Lowe’s warranty for four months. 25+ texts and emails making appointment and cancelling someone finally shows up and it’s the WRONG person.

Terrible. The only time you can connect to a live agent is when they want to sell you a home warranty. I overpaid for parts that they ordered on Amazon and a technician took the parts when he visited. They said someone will contact me but no one has ever contacted me.
