This technician (Dave) called to give his arrival time. He stated at that time that he had been here previously about a little over a week ago. He NEVER showed up! We redialed the number he called from, and got his voicemail….we left messages (not returned)! I called Sears directly, explained the situation and rebooked another visit. After this call, I checked my email to confirm the new date. At that time I viewed 3 emails from the “no show” technician. It showed the date, charges, and “PROBLEMS” with the appliance. Worst of all, it showed a copy of my husband’s signature! HOW can my husband sign it, when the guy NEVER showed up as scheduled! This has been a month of appointments, phone calls, and problems leading to NO resolve of the issue! I am currently in the process of canceling our home warranty coverage! FED UP!

Most horrible service in the world I am in the service business I would be fired if I offered service like this absolutely horrible biggest waste of money through the Lowe’s protection plan I can’t express enough how horrible this service is

This has been the absolute worst experience EVER with a warranty service company. We have been trying for 3 months to get the range hood fan repaired. Sears scheduled and cancelled 8 times with us over the space of 3 months. The customer waited at home each day only to have the appointment cancelled via text. I would highly advise anyone to not use this service, they are a complete joke. I would give zero stars if I could.

Not sure how they get work done if they do not show up to their scheduled appointments. The first one they had to reschedule on me, the second one had a window from 8am-12pm. I get a call around 11:50am the day of appointment, after waiting all morning, telling me the tech called in sick, and they have to reschedule again. Two mornings wasted.

5 Stars for the Technician (Ritesh is so professional!) We had two (really 3) open orders: fridge & dryer + a random address change on contract that interrupted parts delivery. This was this tech's 4th time out here. Today was to complete the 8/16/24 fridge order (broken ice maker & rails for meat drawer); prior to that he came out twice for another dryer service issue order. Always professional & thorough. Unfortunately, at this time, 0 for the warranty processes. They're obviously having difficulty getting part for current dryer order. The tech that came out 8/9/24 for that order was also professional (Brandon). He gave me a c/s phone # to call to ask why our monthly rate changed? I called and spoke to someone who said she'd look into it & call back. I never heard back, but as mentioned, after that call our street address just randomly changed (to an address in TX; I'm in WA). It's been an administrative nightmare on my side having to keep up with it all. My dryer still is not repaired and it's almost been 2 months without it. My husband is 100% handicapped and I've washed everything that I can hang dry - but towels, bedding and rugs are piling up. Taking them to laundromat is where I draw the line... can't be away from home-based that long.

Was very disappointed with this service. If I could give zero stars I would. I reserved an appointment for a cleaning and maintenance. I was told right away by the Sears technician after he walked that they no longer cleaned the plastic around the door. Apparently they had to replace too many parts after the cleaning. He then told me to purchase a cleaning pod off Amazon and use that every three weeks. He then opened the hatch to drain the water and pulled out the filter, all things my husband does. He asked me for a bucket and paper towels. He then said that this is all they do. He checked to make sure there were no issues by starting the washer. He left the bucket with dirty water and the dirty paper towel just sitting there. I paid $107 for absolutely nothing. Sears should do a better job advertising what they do and don’t do on their website. This was a joke.

Came out, diagnosed the appliance, set future appointment for repair, then spontaneously cancelled--with no parts and no repair. Do not recommend this company for any services.
