The technician came into my house to check on the refrigerator, after calling people and checking on the pieces, he said that the refrigerator needed 3 parts to be repaired, I said it was ok with me. Then after being on his phone for a while calling people and checking he came back to me and said that it will cost $1,089.00 to be repair, we talked about future insurance and he said it was not covered in my area, then I said it was fine with me since I don't have any protection or insurance, then after a while on his phone he came back to me and said that one of the parts needed is not available any more, I asked if eventually they will have the part to which he responded to, “they will not make it anymore, not ever”. He wanted me to decline the visit and sign as I was declining the visit, to which I responded that I will be happy to sign but he needed to add that the refrigerator was not being repaired due to the fact that the part needed is not in production anymore. He was not happy about it and said in an angry manner that if he wrote it like that, the visit would cost me more money to Which I said I did not mind, I just wanted to write down the real reason why my refrigerator was not repaired. He got really mad and argued with me about me not understanding that I just needed to sign. I didn't understand why he refused to be specific on the reason why my refrigerator was not repaired. He grabbed his phone and suddenly the “out of production” part magically appeared on stock. He asked me if I wanted the refrigerator to be repaired for $1,089.00 - I called to my husband to double check and he said “go ahead and repair the refrigerator” I said yes, I want my refrigerator to be repaired. He madly shook his head no, saying that my decision was a mistake, that he would not recommend that my refrigerator should be repaired and that he would not guarantee that after fixing the refrigerator it would not have more problems. I asked him if he at least would guarantee his work and he said no, only for 40 days. After all the things he said I doubted my decision of repairing my fridge to which he added “I have spent more time here than I need to, my time costs $500.00 an hour!!” He was Hurrying me for a decision after putting so many doubts on my mind. I was frightened by his attitude. He said "declined here this trash visit" then I said "I beg your pardon" he did not had the guts to repeat what he said. He replyed "Sign here" Then I just did what he said, I declined the visit. But as soon as he walked out the door I regretted my decision. I really love my refrigerator and I really wanted it to be repaired, but I got bullied/tricked to not too.
