Five star service from Derrick today! He kept me in the loop on his time of arrival, was courteous from the moment he arrived and quickly diagnosed the situation on my Samsung washer. And while he wasn't able to complete the repair without ordering the necessary parts, he was very knowledgeable on what was needed and the parts are already on their way! AAA+++
