Anthony went ABOVE and beyond. He came back later on in the evening to fix our outside a/c unit so that we wouldn’t have to wait with the temps rising.

Technician offered 2 possible solutions but could not guarantee that ordering the replacement parts would solve the problem because the actual problem could not be diagnosed. We chose to pat the diagnostic fee and probably get a new refrigerator. He was very honest and upfront.

Lewis was prompt., courteous, and certainly knew what he was doing. He arrived at my house at 12:30 and finished putting a new motor in my dishwasher at 1 PM. He tested the dishwasher and before he left my house he cleaned up the area where he was working! I was completely satisfied with his work ethic and how he clearly explained what cause motor to fail. It had a piece of glass in the motor that caused it to fail to work!
