Anthony has worked on our AC and furnace for years and you couldn’t ask for a better Technician. His customer service skills are the best and he always makes sure you understand what is going on with either my furnace or ac. That’s very important to me as a woman who doesn’t know anything about either.

The technician arrived as scheduled. I received a text saying he was on the way. After analyzing the washing machine, it was determined that three major parts needed replacement, including the motherboard. The technician phoned and updated his service department. Within one hour after he left, I received a call from Sears service desk saying that the parts were more costly than the replacement of the washing machine. I was offered a buyout for a compatible machine. I opted to take the buyout with the Claims Management after receiving the price of a compatible washing machine, including tax, delivery and installation. My claim was submitted to the finance office and I received all documentation in an email before the phone call ended. The check will be mailed to me and may take 30 days. I was also sent an email displaying what the envelope would look like so that it would not be discarded in error. I’m very pleased with the response swiftness and the outcome. Thank you for your diligence in hanging my claim.
