Arrived on time and was very polite. Assess the problem quickly. It was determined it couldn't be fixed at a reasonable price and didn't try to overcharge us for something.

Quick and efficient repair replacing brain board control for our refrigerator ( took approximately 15 minutes). Answered and explained issue of refrigerator failure. New part shipped to house prior to scheduling repair. Labor cost was astronomical at $450. Wow!
