I requested Jose return to my home as I was very impressed with is performance on a previous visit. This time it was my dryer that did not produce heat. Jose quickly found the problem, a clogged roof vent which did not allow the heat to exit the dryer. While Jose does not address this type of issue he suggested I contact a company which does. I am always appreciative of Jose whose technical skills and honesty are above reproach. Thank you for sending this wonderful gentleman to my home.

Doug, the technician, worked very hard to determine, identify and resolve a series of issues with my yard tractor and even some manufacturing problems with the new parts. You could tell he wanted to do a first class job. And he did!
