The scheduling portion of this repair was very unpleasant, it's hard to get an actual person on the phone, I took an entire day out of work to wait on a technician that would never come, notification hours into the day explaining that their technician had called out and then rescheduling my repair for "the next available" which was 4 days later. Despite the frustration of wasting an entire day I did not want that to reflect badly on the technician. Technician Jacob, arrived as stated, he was courteous, prepared and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the cause of my washing machine not spinning fairly quickly with their code tool, spent time checking any other causes, and attempted to fix the issue. Unfortunately my washer needed a replacement part. The needed part was able to be shipped directly to me. Pricing was as expected (inflated of course) but the entire process was painless other than the scheduling.
