We’ve had this repairman come out three times to fix a problem with our dish. He’s never been able to repair it. He always has dozens of excuses as to why he can’t repair it.

His phone message prior to showing up was basically a complaint that it was out of area of travel. When he arrived he just started asking for the 75 dollar service charge. No greeting at all. Then he sent me a text to send the money to and it had the wrong claim number. He said we'll I can't do anything until I get paid. He had a phone call payment sent. I paid it. Then he tells me he help me because there is strap in the way. He said not job to move strap. I can't help you. It is what it is then left. A very bad experience it was. I paid for nothing and want my money back. I gave a star only to complete post.

Tech was great and this is not a reflection him. All the problems are out of the techs control. Sears home services just plain sucks. Numerous cancellations and no way to talk to a human. AI only. Frustrating beyond all belief. 2 weeks to fix a refrigerator is not acceptable. Bought a whole house of what we thought were higher end appliances. The price sure was. Nothing but problems and lack luster performance. GE is not what it used to be. ------------------------------------------ Wow, just wow... "Call us" Lol Didn't I mention the system is AI only and you can't actually talk to a human? SMH. Yea, call and talk to a... oh, yea, a AI... Does anyone else see the pure stupidity here?

I would share no stars if possible since no technician ever arrived and after calling numerous numbers, including the one listed from other former complaints, they all lead to an AI bot with no option to speak to an operator. I received approximately 20 emails and texts confirming the appointment. Total scam, don’t waste your time.

They do not exist in this location, and when trying to call to remedy this incorrect listing I was met with an AI agent who couldn't help me since my issue is not related to their service. To make it worse The AI agent explained to me that there are no live agents available anymore. So I can't even contact the business directly. It's a shame that businesses are foregoing client support in favor of a cookie cutter language model with no actual skill in aiding you

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with appliance repair. We scheduled an appointment a week in advance, confirmed several times, provided additional details immediately upon request and were even told that parts would be ordered in advance to reduce our wait time. The day of the appointment we received a text that our technician would arrive between 8-5 and would be called and text with an official arrival time. We waited a majority of the day and heard NOTHING then called customer service for a status. Even worse, as I was on the phone with the AI customer service rep, I received a text stating that the technician could not arrive today. We were provided options for another 7+ days in the future. Our appliance had already been out of service for going on 7 days, this would mean two weeks. I elected to try and talk with a service representative to request a higher priority given the circumstances. Sears has reduced their workforce and resorted to AI Agents. Essentially don’t expect any humanity or consideration. It’s so far removed from what we formally knew Sears as. Needless to say, I’m not sure who or how this location has high reviews, but it’s clearly misleading and/or not current.

The sears updates that were sent came through email and not text, text updates were the ideal option. The link to the emails didn’t provide accurate times to when the technician was to show up. When the technician Anthony E. showed he didn’t properly contact me and didn’t knock on the door. The technician left the property and closed out the ticket without even looking at my appliance. I have been inconvenienced for the whole entire day and the best the representative could do is tell me that I would have to schedule another appointment meaning I would be at least another week without a refrigerator. The worst experience between the inaccurate updates, the technician not contacting me, and attempting to get in contact with the a representative to get the technician to turn around was non-existent. The sears repair website gives you an ai assistant to speak with. Nothing good to say about this experience. I almost forgot that when I did get in contact with an actual human, they stated that because the technician closed the work order they couldn’t get him to come back to my house. And stated that I would have to get rescheduled for next week.

Fridge and freezer quit cooling. Had an appointment on Monday between 8 and 12. I received a text at 11:25 stating that they would not be able to come. Rescheduled the appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Again I received a text at 11:30 stating they would not be able to come. They said I could reschedule for Friday same time. I wasted two mornings sitting around only to be canceled They should not make appointments if they can’t keep them. Lousy way to run a business
