Appointment was scheduled between 8-12. Tech showed up at 4 pm. I kept getting emails stating his approximate time all day. Turns out those notices are AI generated, get rid of this function as it leads the customer to false hopes of a tech showing up as sated in the notifications. I wasted a whole day waiting for a tech. All that said, Derrick was good, fixes the dryer and cleaned up his mess.
