It took forever for sears to repair my dishwasher but the repairman was very professional.

The technician did not bring parts with him although I went to the trouble to send the information ahead of time. The light inside the dryer was working when he got here. He took it apart and when he left it was not working. He said it was not worth fixing but I am not sure what was actually wrong. I would not use your services again. We bought a new dryer but not from Sears. .

The tech was prompt and personable but my appliance isn’t improved. The same error message is appearing and the problem hasn’t abated.

Our built in wall oven needed the bake heating element replaced. The diagnosis was spot on, the service person did an excellent job within the expected time parameters. However, the pricing seemed high. After the diagnostic visit, the "fix it" visit took about 90 minutes and was priced at just under $350. The pricing for the part was $125 more than if I purchased the part from the manufacturer. I am impressed with the work and disappointed in the value. Have doubts about using the service again. It have tried to contact Sears Home Services to further explain my concerns about the value I received, and have become extremely frustrated as I am dealing with AI and no humans. There is no contact info to send along additional info. My lasting impression is that I may have been ripped off, and I am not being provided the opportunity to explain my concerns to the company (other than this note). With it now being several days after the "fix it" service, I realize I will be looking for other resources if/when other appliances need work. The work is good, but process and systems are toooooo frustrating.

Repair was completed! Way overpriced!

Tech was great, very polite and thorough. Ordered part and rescheduled service for repair. Took over a week to get fridge fixed. Thankfully it was nothing serious or I would have lost everything in my fridge. On return took tech less than 10 min to replace $25 part. However full cost of bill $400+ which I found to be ridiculous.

Anthony the tech was A+, personable and skilled. Your all AI system really sucks. I rescheduled to an earlier window offered by my AI rep Richard, and waited four hours for your no-show. Initial windows are two weeks out for 8 hours on a day....who makes appointments like that?....wide open day for provider...a forced entrapment for the consumer. After several months and many tech visits, virtual and in person, the problem is still not fixed after service today. I would give Anthony five stars and give Sears one (although i would never hire Sears if not forced by insurance to go there).

1st technician arrived outside of appointment window and left, but didn't leave a message so one day was wasted. Communication is with machines with no way of speaking to a person. Don't believe a thing the machine says like "someone will be with you in shortly". Waited over two hours for a text from a human that never came. Would rate zero stars but not possible

I'm sick of your robots not allowing me to cancel my appointment! Why can't you just have real people answering phones?!?
