Refrigerator Water Dispenser Leak

Travis was excellent in his work. He fixed our problem in about 15 minutes. But we spent over $400 for that work. Way too much for such little work.

Customers should know that this person does not like dogs so they can keep their dog away from him. The first time he came he said "she got right in my face." (He was on the floor in front of the stove.) The second visit we shut the dog away. He was singing and talking to the stove. He called it a monster. I thought his humor was excessive.

He said the machine couldn't be fixed but when I looked up the code E5 it said that the drum could be off balance and that that might be the reason it wasn't draining properly. He didn't say that at all. He just said I'd be contacted soon to discuss options when he did have an option right in front of him.

this warranty service is terrible. had to wait at home over 10 hours for 2 different days . a part was sent to repair the dishwasher but not used because technician said not needed an repair was a couple hour process. when you try to contact the service its all automated an you cant talk to a real person. so annoying. only work was done was running a dishwasher cycle an saying the rinsing agent was the problem. when I looked up the issue that the dishwasher was having it showed clogged filter in the motor. so if the dishwasher still has this same issue the appointment was a waste of time an I will have to call on my warranty coverage again . this was the worst service experience I ever had

My Experience Was Poor In Terms of Scheduling
The technician, David, was superb. He was pleasant and eager to help. The scheduling was very poor. Waited the first day and the estimated arrival time kept moving up and back and was eventually called off for that day. The same thing happened on the rescheduled day. Finally got the 45 minute repair done on day 3. Again, David was outstanding, but you need to fix your scheduling method. And, Nancy W hasn't lived at this address for 13 years as an fyi.

Not good
They young man cracked the top that's in the base of my machine and didn't say anything nor did he say he was leaving when he was done my husband got up and looked for him and he was gone.

Water softener
The problem wasn't fixed and cost me over 200 dollars. And then there is no way to talk to a live agent in reference the problem.

The worst company I've ever dealt with you kept canceling every appointment I had with you you never fixed the problem that I still have you need not to be in business people depend on you to come and fix their machines ovens etc.. and all you do is cancel
