Great repair
Easy to use scheduling App and quick confirmation of the appointment. The service window of 8am-5:00pm made it hard to plan my day. Im glad the technician called when he was 40 minutes away. Great repair job, clean and professional. Tested the dryer to ensure it worked properly and it does. The "clean and maintenance" charge was something i was not aware off until i received the service invoice via mail. Although This repair was significantly higher than expected, I am satisfied with the quick turn around from scheduling to completion. What was not covered or communicated was warranty time frame for the part which I felt should have mentioned. This was strictly a transactional sale and in the future I will do more research before I engage in a call.
