David did a great job. He was very professional, prompt, and resolved the issue. However, the guy that came before him was awful. I think his name was Frank V. He showed up at my house, used my bathroom and left an awful smell and mess, and then left. Frank was very unprofessional and should be reviewed. He left David to do all his work and didn't even order the right part.

My Frigidaire refrigerator that was under warranty had issues with the freezer seal. Technician arrived promptly (despite AI phone call saying I had a Dishwasher repair in New York). He was surprised at the damage , took photos and called headquarters for advise and approval. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly and trusting. Thank you
