Adam was very friendly and very professional. He was able to determine the problem quickly and offer a solution. In addition, he was able to make recommendations to prolong the life of my appliances.

He explained the problem. Ensured us he has not seen problems with new heating unit. Very thorough and very tidy worker.

Lynchburg, VAFarmington Refrigerator Service (31OCT2024)
Service was performed at the requested date/time; however, the service performed was not at expected level, the serviceman could not definitely say what was wrong with the KitchenAid refrigerator ice maker. The refrigerator was 12 years old and parts were no longer available by Whirlpool, and the requested Ice Maker was not repaired. And, I paid for a diagnostic that was only a guess of what was wrong with the ice maker.
Rudy S,
Forest, VAQuick repair. Poor scheduling by company.
Blake was great but the repair company is not scheduling well. I Set up three 8am-12pm appts but technician was unable to make it to any of them in time. He did let me know he was running late each time but I can't set an entire day aside for a dryer repair. Blake was friendly and knowledgeable.

He did his best. He seemed to know what he was doing.
Alfred Cadotte,
Moneta, VAGE Support Didn't Support
I'm sure he is a great technician but there was precious little he could do with a GE Profile washer/dryer. He needed some tech support from GE and they are closed today. With such a high tech piece of equipment it's difficult for them to access electronics and fault codes when GE is closed. Blake is a knowledgeable guy and has been doing this for years, including on weekends and after hours. GE better up their game and support people who service machines for people that can't miss a day's work during the week. I have nothing bad to say about the technician, but GE seriously let me down today. I wish my wife had never bought this monstrosity.

Bent Mountain, VADisappointed
Coverage was denied as Nathan had to request replacement of the entire dispenser. If reality is that there was no way to just fix flap, then guess nothing else could be done. Just hoping he could have fixed flap!

I would prefer if Sears would honor its warranty. Travis told me that I would void my warranty by demonstrating to him the problem that I have daily with my dishwasher. Because I did that, he reported on his form: "Customer forcefully broke rack to try an replicate issue." I have been paying hundreds of dollars for the extended warranty for YEARS, ever since I bought this dishwasher on 2/27/2012, BECAUSE the warranty states that if the problem cannot be fixed, the dishwasher will be replaced. He said that whenever the problem happens, I need to not fix it myself, which is what I do every day, wait two weeks for a service person to come, while not using the dishwasher, and then the service person will put the rack back on its track. Then it will be considered to to be fixed, so the warranty will not cover replacement. This is not acceptable to me. This is NOT the "Peace of Mind" advertised in your protection agreement. I have been struggling with this problem with this dishwasher for years, and paying the extended warranty, and now it's time for Sears to step up and replace a defective machine. I gave Travis four stars instead of zero because I'm sure he's a nice person who is trying to his job, but he's caught in a tough spot. This is a Sears issue, not a Travis issue.
