Despite being sent the incorrect part initially, Daniel was on time to get the job completed as quickly as possible as he could! He showed when he said and worked efficiently. He would have earned five stars if the parts had come in correctly the first go round.

After months of waiting, Adam finally was able to "repair" our brand new but dysfunctional GE stove. Adam, the technician was great, but Sears is a nightmare to work with. Communications with the office is horrible, cancellations were frequent and efficiency (e.g. ordering parts, keeping job orders straight, etc) was awful.

Sat up time April 17th 8 - 12 pm. Understood some thing could change the appt time. He did come 2:45 pm. He did install new part.
