Adam took out the old ice machine and got the correct information from it and went and picked up the right part and replaced the ice machine, he was kind and very helpful and was professional about his work.

Blake was awesome, very professional but spoke in a way that I understood everything that he was saying. He fixed my washer in minutes and also suggested I get this filter thing that will keep from making so much stuff from getting into the screen of my washer being that I have well water. He was very polite and also very educational at the same time. I will recommend him to anyone and also I would say that he would need a raise because he is one of the most professional service man that I have ever met through any company. I would like for him to know that I appreciate him more then he will ever know. He is definitely. in the correct profession.
