David correctly diagnosed the problem with our oven. The previous technician said we needed a new control board without testing the actual warm-up of the oven. David tested the warm-up and discovered that the oven just needed calibration instead of replacing the control board. David was top notch. Thorough and clear in his explanations. Highly recommend David!
