Great service and customer service

This was the 2nd visit I had from Adam. He had to return to finish the job that required the ordering of a part /piece another tech had stripped when trying to replace my dryer motor. The machine now works like a charm. He was very knowledgeable and helped with with the decision to opt for the sears warranty. He also kindly handled a mishap with regards to me being billed for something I felt I should not have. Thanks again Adam for your professional service And taking care of a valued customer.

David showed up remembered who we are. He has done other repairs at our home. He new exactly what the problem was. and told me who I needed to call. The other people from the phone answers when and if they answer to the other tech's you send are not knowledgeable or have no customer service skills. I am going back to Chicago and I plan to go to the main Sears office in Hoffman Estates and see who I can talk to about this home warranty service.
