Check, VATechnician job, good. GE design, lacking.
A work around for the washer was recommended by the technician. However, as a consumer, I feel, I now have a GE washer that can only work if I half it's stated capacity and use heavy wash cycles, even if doing normal washes, to achieve a some how decent wash.

The Ai phone call in the morning were not real helpful on giving information on arrival time. The 2 hr window needs to be revised to "will be there by or before "X:xx" time. Adam worked diligently. Thanks,
