Travis was very helpful and informative. Very patient considering it was just an on/off switch turned off. Would have been nice if the warranty people had suggested we check that because we didn't know that was a thing. Very much appreciate Travis's help!

Travis made three attempts to fix our dishwasher. Each visit he ordered a different part, but was never able to fix it. The new parts may have been defective or the machine was just done, even though it's only 3 years old. He worked quietly and efficiently, and made sure we understood every step he was taking. He was very apologetic he couldn't fix it.
