My initial contact with SEARS was Aug. 12 for my washer repair. I expected professional service, and excellent customer service if needed. The technician was very good but a problem existed with the parts ordered. The customer service reps were all foreign, I never got the same rep from my multiple calls to them, and I don't even know if they were in the U.S. My service was delayed multiple times and I went an entire month without a washing machine. I will NEVER do business with SEARS again. I do not recommend them either. I cannot say enough negative about their customer service. The techs on the other hand were very knowledgeable and professional.
