Nathan was superb. He diagnosed the problem with our frig and order the appropriate parts in about 30 min. When the parts arrived earlier than expected, he offered to come out the next day and even rearranged that day's schedule to ensure he had sufficient time to accomplish the compressor replacement and test it out. We let the frig run empty for 12 hours before loading it with food. Its been running perfectly since Nathan did the repair. I'll happily recommend Nathan and Sears to my friends and neighbors.
