Roy arrived on schedule. He phone while in the driveway to let me know he'd arrived. He is a very professional and polite young man. I felt free to go about my choirs as he completed the work on my dryer. He made sure that everything was working well before informing me that he was finished. Very nice young man.

Travis was a good tech and provided quick service on our refrigerator. The only complaint I have is it took 3 weeks to get my refrigerator fixed. Three weeks without a refrigerator is unacceptable. Maybe you need to hire extra help.
