The technician worked hard and steady. I won't fault him but Lowe's protection plan for making me go over 5 weeks without a refrigerator. That's unacceptable!

The service providers, were excelent. The AI was the worst. It got appoint.ent confused. It told me to pick earlier date for service. I picked it confirmed it.. still no show. They continued to think I needed new part all parts were already at the house. The AI needs to be fired.. this repair has been ongoing since April 17th. No reason for this. I would never buy a Frigidaire appliance again
