Adam was as helpful as he could be given the age of the machine. Admittedly, he sort of declared "end of life" unless parts can be found, which I will need to research. I did take a star off because he did not catch the background problem on his first visit five days ago, costing me an additional "diagnostic fee". I also rated this as "Overpriced" below because two visits in less than a week means the first was a "bust".

Technician was easy to work with. Could not say the same for sears service. Having to deal with AI instead of a real person was a pain.Totally inconvenient for the customer

It was a good experience. The only downside is that I had to wait all day in a time window from 8 to 5. The technician arrived at 6:30 pm.

Took 2 trips and one repair man came in the driveway didn't knock on the door, just sent an email saying he was sorry he missed me. So I had to wait again for someone else. The second person was here early, took ten minutes to fix my washing machine and was very nice.
