Wish they would get rid of AI. The tech was great. But AI took 2 weeks and my constant calling to get tech out.

Roy, was on time and very professional and easy to talk with, he was helpful in what was wrong and needed fixing also ways to possibly prevent this situation from recurring. Again Roy in my opinion is an Ace technician who cares about what's important.
