It was not a good experience, it was impossible to contact the company other than one letter response to the barrage of duplicate texts and emails. The initial appointment was canceled midway through the appointed day and had to be rescheduled a week later. The technician was pleasant enough but misdiagnosed the problem, sent for a replacement part and rescheduled for another week later. Fitted the part and quickly left with the problem unresolved and was unable to contact. Frigidaire was not much help either but scheduled a different repair company for next week. We’ll see what happens next as this debacle will have taken a month by the time we may have a resolution and we will still have to wait for a replacement part and future installation.

I called on a Friday and got an appointment on Monday and after answering some questions via their text AI they realized they needed to order a part rescheduled my appointment to Tuesday without asking and then they never arrived Tuesday so I called and they said I’m so sorry we’ll prioritize you and rescheduled for Friday. It’s Friday I called again and they said the same thing and they could reschedule me for Thursday…… I also had to jump through hoops to find the number to talk to a human and not just an AI Edit: I just tried calling the number in the reply and it said user busy after a second. Also I called someone else and they came same day and fixed my issue so once again I wouldn’t recommend sears

UPDATE had another repairman come and the Tech from Sears had misdiagnosed the problem. It was't the load switch was bad but a piece of lint stuck in a hose. I paid $129 for nothing. How do I get a refund? Technician arrived after having a bad day. I had questions that were answered but resistently. Washing machine was over 15 years old and would cost me $500+ to fix BUT if I bought their service plan they would take off $150. What a deal! Won't call again.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER. The shittiest customer service. They did my dishwasher back in February, charged me $500 for it. Now this dishwasher is having the same problem, but they won't go back and fix it, they won't give me a refund and act like I'm a new customer, trying to charge me fully and switching me to their stupid AI assistant. There is literally no warranty on anything they do, they even refused to give me the warranty on the part, that broke. Scratched my floors back in February too. I will never make this mistake again and will never use their services again.

This repair call turned out to be a huge disappointment. I'll start with the good: scheduling the service and the automated notification of the technician's arrival was convenient and very easy to use. The tech actually arriving on time was truly excellent when so many service windows are ridiculously wide. Our technician (Michael) was personable and polite, and showed up exactly when the system told us to expect him. Up to that point everything was great, but downhill from there it went. For some reason the automated system informed the tech that we had already ordered a replacement part - when all we had done was initiate a service call for the broken appliance with an error code on it. Not the end of the world, but an inconvenience as it was already going to require a second trip at that point. Our tech spent 30-45 minutes on the phone researching the part and then drew up the repair quote - and it's that quote which leads me to leaving a one star review. I will start this by saying I do not begrudge a company trying to make money - that's what they are in business for. However when they are trying to stick it to you to make money I have an issue with that. Our quote was for $715, with $400 of that being in labor. It made no sense for us to spent $715 repairing a five year old oven when I can buy a replacement for the same price. As we had declined the repair, we paid the $119 fee to dispatch a technician and wished him a good day. However I was curious about the amount of labor as the error code reflected a control board being the issue which I thought shouldn't be that involved. I looked the error code up with the manufacturer, found the replacement (not listed in the quote), and found a video on how to replace it. The video listed the only tool needed was a Phillips head screwdriver and about 30 minutes to replace the board. I ordered the replacement for $200 (also found out about the $60 core charge we were not told about) and had it shipped in. The repair took me 10 minutes TOTAL and involved removing 12 1/2" long Phillips head screws, unplugging six cables, swapping the control board, plugging in the six cables and reinserting the 12 screws. 10 minutes and a single screwdriver! And for that we were getting $400 in labor??? Ridiculous. And that's on top of what would be $200 in profit on the replacement part with the $60 core charge refund. Again - I don't begrudge a company making money - but this quote was ludicrous, and I expect if that is the type of quote coming to me, it's coming out to other folks as well.

I scheduled a repair for my Samsung dryer for 6/30. I travel for work and was not available so I asked my 74 year old mother to wait for the service technician. This appointment was verified multiple times. I was told that a Mr. Falik would be there at 3:40 pm. 10 minutes before the end of the time frame this person was supposed to arrive I received a text saying that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. It took about 30 minutes to find a way to speak to an actual person. When I was able I was informed that no one was available to do the repair today. I could have been informed of this multiple times especially how many times I confirmed the appointment and was given the name of the person coming. I asked to speak to someone in management and I was told that there was no number for anyone in management. I have never in my life experienced this level of absolute piss poor customer service. Do not use this service under any circumstance!!!!!

What a joke. Placed service call well over a month ago. The technician came out and it need parts for the agitator which I told them it needed. After several failed attempts through their AI 🤖 program the technician showed up today only after I had a chat with a live person and they made a promise to be here today. I have worked in the repair business for over 38 years going from supermarket to supermarket to repair scales. Most likely f the time we have same day service. It would very rare if a customer waited more than a few days. The technician did a great job but everything is controlled by AI. Your service has a long way to go before I would ever recommend it to someone else.

I have been without a stove for 3 weeks scheduled an appointment the appointment was changed at the last minute, I took off the whole day to be here, very disappointed, when I called I got a computer could not speak with anyone so disappointed in this company!
