Terrible! Repeatedly cancelled our appointment, closed out service call without finishing the job and didn’t fix anything. Over a month without a dryer and just cancelled on us again. The BS number you posted below is just another dead end with no option to speak to anyone. You don’t want to hear how terrible your company is, I get it, if I were running a business this poorly I would get tired of hearing the truth as well. Been a few days and missed another appointment

I have been trying to get my washer repaired for more than two months. I stayed home again today waiting for a technician who never arrived. Please send someone today. I know you are sorry for the inconvenience you caused but we are so far past sorry now. Send a technician Today as promised.

This repair man was not the nicest person. He tried to run my husband out of our driveway when he was leaving and told him to shut up when my husband told him if he would give him a minute he would move out of his way. Didnt even listen to me when i told him that my freezer has not worked since i plugged it in. Seemed very judgemental of my living situation (not everyone can afford a nice home) and wasn't the friendliest. My daughter said hi to him like 5 times and he straight up ignored her! When you send technicians to people homes, try to make sure these people are non judgemental and NICE! I don't know if that guy was just having a bad day or what, but regardless he shouldn't have been the way he was. ALSO! I want to add that I've been trying to get someone out SINCE IT WAS DELIVERED in November! the guy told me it won't be fixed bc of a certain issue that WOULDN'T have been an issue if they had come out wayyyy before now. So basically I'm told I'm S.O.L bc warranty won't cover the problem.

Terrible customer service that is AI generated and unable to speak to a person. Scheduled service between 1-5 and took off work and they text at 450 that they weren't coming. What a waste of a day and still unable to get in touch with anyone to speak to other than a computer. DO NOT USE THEM!

Editing the review to reiterate that despite the reply, the number and website provided puts one in an endless loop with no way of talking with an actual customer service representative. Technician was here for 10 minutes to repair garbage compactor. Of that time, most was on the phone. He then slammed it a couple times and said the gear that was stuck is now unstuck. Which is fine, if that’s what it needed. Not complaining about that. However, he charged $40 more than the $129 service fee without an estimate or explanation and said Sears tells everyone it’s that price, and it never is. There is no way to call or contact anyone at Sears for an explanation.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. My washer has been broken since December. On the first visit, he identified the problems, which required a part order. The part was delivered to my house the following week. The “earliest” available appointment after its arrival was A MONTH later. Midday on the day of my scheduled service, I received a text stating there was no technician available and my appointment was rescheduled for ANOTHER month later. Again, the DAY OF my appointment, mid-morning this time, I received a text stating there was no technician available my appointment would need to be rescheduled. That’s THREE DAYS of work I had to take off, still with no fixed washing machine. The next available appointment was 2 weeks later, which was today. The technician was kind and quick with his repair and after 3 months, I finally have a fixed replacement washing machine. But this is a terrible company to have anything serviced through - completely unreliable from a scheduling perspective. I was forced to use them because the appliance was under warranty.

Overcharged for returned service. Paid 116 for first visit and I ordered and paid for the part and 325 on the second visit for a ten minute repair. A scam, a warning to anyone who calls them

My son was asked to go behind the washer to plug in the unit as well as hook up the dryer, service man was yelling from upstairs to downstairs in order for us to help. They left without telling us the job was done. I had to chase down the vehicle and ordered to ask if it was done.
