Tried to get someone to take a look at my washer, made the appointment and ten minutes before a technician was due to arrive they rescheduled me.Would not recommend for same day repairs as advertised.

Waited a month for an appointment and took off from work to be home for appointment, and they cancelled 30min before they were supposed to be here with no explanation . No one answers the phone. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

This is quite literally the worst company I have ever had to work with. Had a warranty through Lowe's on a washing machine and they unfortunately only contract this company in Roanoke to work with. They have no called and no showed me 5 different times. On the 6th appointment they showed up and stayed all of 3 minutes, not even looking at the washer and said they had to order a part. I then get an appointment for someone to actually repair the unit 2 weeks later, of which they have already rescheduled twice since then. You can't actually speak to anyone at any of the numbers listed, it's all automated messaging that takes you nowhere. I have been using PTO on the days they are supposed to come and no show. The technician who came out wouldn't give me a manager or other phone number and said his manager wouldn't answer my calls anyway. My family has spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours at laundromat's after no service for 2 months. Lowe's isn't helping either. Still waiting on the repair as I type this. This company is dishonest, immoral, and flat out terrible. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. If you can, avoid them at all costs! Not that it matters if you call because you won't get to speak to anyone anyway.

I am editing my review. The technicians were very polite, they called and came when expected. I have no issue with the technicians. However, it took the company five weeks to get parts and someone out to fix our washing machine under a Lowe's/Sears warranty. It was impossible to find a live person in the United States to let me know what was going on. They made and canceled appointments without any notice. Once, a technician came alone because he "didn't know" it was a stacked unit, despite the work order clearly stating, "Stacked Unit." Meanwhile, the clothing inside the machine became mildewed and ruined because the door could not be opened. I just found out there is no compensation for ruined clothing. I will never get another extended warranty from Lowe's.

I would never use them again the worst service ever!! Got an appointment for Tuesday between 8-12 to repair washer repairman calls at 1:30 says he’s heading our way coming from Floyd shows up at 3:30 repairs the machine $500. Use the machine the next day and doesn’t work call the service and was told between 8-12 and would be first find out i am 3rd, now get a message that he maybe here at 3:40pm the service was told i work nights and this needs to be taken care of ASAP,they could careless now service doesn’t answer the phone.service is garbage the people are garbage and way to expensive for another $200 i would have just bought a new machine im $500 in already thats with out today Update was sent a message that appointment was cancelled call to find out why was told tech tried to call and no answer so it was cancelled,find it hard to believe he called when i had my phone in my hand. In the 21st century when an in coming call comes in it highlighted in red no call never cam in. Update new tech sent out at 9:00 am friday stated transmission is gone have to buy a new machine then wanted wife to remove the installed parts as to get a refund i hope this is not what they think this is good customer service i will probably have a new update

Very disappointed with the service received. I have called and messaged several times with no luck and we used the microwave to cook daily. I had better luck with you when you replaced our freezer than this microwave and if just gave us the money we could have had it back in. But you want to send us a coupon for lowes towards our purchase and we haven't received it as of October 19th. Service was Sept 17th. Please tell me why?????

Set up a appointment to have my washer machine fixed 9/5/2024 it’s now 10/14/2024 washer still hasn’t been fixed, technician always has a “reason” as to why he doesn’t show along with someone else to point a finger too. Never calls to update and last appointment that he was supposed to show he closed out my service order as completed when he never even showed to do the repairs!

Sears technicians are very good but DON’T buy a Sears maintenance agreement. It took from June until September to get an ice maker repaired, even though we had the part at our house. A repair is scheduled and “confirmed “, then the technician runs out of time and the appointment automatically gets rescheduled for about two weeks later. Then the process repeats The customer service agents are half way around the world and cannot talk to dispatch except through a message which is always ignored. Every phone number leads to the same annoying recording. Save yourself a headache-stay away from these miserable deadbeats. PS-9Our clothes needs a new motor which we have. It broke on September 14. Several cancellations and still waiting.
