Please do not use this service as they are biggest ripoff on service and pricing. Could buy a brand new washer for what they were going to charge, even after we purchased the part ourselves.. Even service man said was triple what it should have been to install a part that took 15 minutes, Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the worst repair experience I've ever had. They never showed up when they were supposed to. Had us waiting for 3 full days for the tech, which they rescheduled twice without even a call. Will NEVER use them again.

Found 1 broken ball he broke off while he was here (pieces from the freezer door ) Showed him one ball that he broke off before he left. Found 1 more ball when he left and a piece of plastic after the repair man left . He said may need to get some kind of grease and grease the slide. If this is repair service it's pitiful. I I want someone to fix my freezer asap.

Worst service ever! The first guy came out and had to order a part. He was kind and quick. But he had to order a part, and that is where the problems came in. 2 1/2 months later it FINALLY came in. I had to call several times to get them to get the part in. Then the tech came out to finally fix my washer. But then he needed another part. So - of course that was another order. Thankfully, it came right in within a few days, but the scheduled service was cancelled without telling me twice. They said the part had not come in yet. Yet, it had. I had it in my hands. I told them that. The customer service insisted there were 5 more parts coming, but there weren't. After research and a long wait time, she finally realized it was only that one part. And so I was put off again for more than a week later. I was able to get it rescheduled to an earlier date, but then they cancelled AGAIN. I have no faith in this company. It's been 4 months and my washer is still not repaired. :( I have surgery in a few days and have a ton of laundry to catch up on. I can only take so much to the laundry mat due to physical limitations. I'm looking into getting an attorney.

The warranty company I have subcontracts to Sears. We are on our 3rd appointment that was canceled same day. However this time I had to call to find out no one was coming. I will bypass any use of home warranty if Sears is used. The experience has been horrible.

Charged $326 in labor for a thirty minute repair . Technician arrived over 3 hours past the 4 hour window that they set for appointment.
