Craig, our technician provided outstanding service. However, Sears showed some incorrect information related to our oder that was a mistake and I was not able to get someone to correct it.

David was great. Fixed my issues. But, I have a real problem with Sears Home services as it’s impossible to talk to someone when one has waited all day for services and they just rescheduled my appointment. When I did finally get to someone, they told me keep my line open for a call from someone. No one ever called. VERY FRUSTRATING AND POOR SUSTONER SERVICE. I ended up rescheduling thru automation which I am never sure of accuracy. Bring back people that are understandable and helpful. Please. These issues are not the repairman’s fault. It’s the management and overbooking of appointments.
