Roy, the service tech, was on time. He was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable about his work. He quickly determined the problem I was having with my GE washer, explained to me in detail what the problem was, and quickly repaired the problem. He then checked the machine to make sure that everything seemed okay. I am very pleased with the service that I received.
