Technician was able to fix the issue with the parts that were shipped to the house. Stove burner is working properly now. Communication was good and he was a pleasure to work with.

Oven ignition was replaced. Technician was fast and knowledgeable. AI being the schedule and contract source created unnecessary complications, but in the end, my oven works great! Thank you, Technician!

The two repair technicians that came to work on my upright freezer were fantastic. ((*****HOWEVER, Trying to speak to somebody at Sears in customer service was impossible.. ***)))) I’m thankful I got the technicians that I did, they were great!!!
