Nathan B was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. While he had to deliver the disappointing news that the part needed to get the range I absolutely love repaired is no longer made, he was able to advise me about my refrigerator's needs and about the most cost effective way to replace the range.

Roy worked diligently on the dryer to fix it. Three times before other workmen just ordered parts to try and fix it but the parts did not fix it. Roy took his time and would not give up until he found the problem.
