The repair man was prompt. He called before time to let me know he was coming early and then called me within an hour to let me know of a delay. He was able to work on everything at the time of the estimate. I was very happy for all the success.

Roy called in advance with estimate of arrival time, which was very accurate. He was polite, professional and provided helpful tips. He informed and explained in terms I could relate to and understand what he was assessing, why he was doing a particular diagnostic and his findings. He was very thorough.
