Charles visited out home 3x for the refrigerator repair. Each time he was absolutely most professional and courteous. The problem should not have taken 4-5 visits from 3 Sears repairmen. But that wasn't Charles' fault. As a professional, he apologized for the delay in the repair. Due to Charles' finally remedying the refrigerator problem, which 3 other companies faulted to do. I would recommend Sears Home Repair service to others.

Last two technicians were wonderful, very pleasant and cleaned up work space before leaving my home. The washer works great without any issues. Fortunately I have a 5-year warranty on my washer so I did not have to pay anything for the repair. They replaced the actuator and one other part I can't remember the name.

Dave was my technician. He did a great job and very personable. I have an appointment for two other appliances on the 19th (washer and dryer). Hopefully I will get Dave again. Sears is my appliance repair service from now on. Get job.

Knowledgeable, friendly, good communication about the troubleshooting. Although our refrigerator could not be repaired, the technicians spent couple of hours pinpointing the several issues with the device. Great service
