He knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. As for clea up, when he left there was no trace that he had been here. Also, he was very polite.

Technician was very polite and quick to complete job. I had my service date canceled 2 times by Sears which is very aggravating. Dryer was under warranty so no cost.
