Craig is an amazing repairman! He's professional, very pleasant, knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient and effective in his work ethic. Other repair people are quite competent, but there is something about Craig that is above and beyond. It's great that you have utilized such a good subcontractor company.

The dishwasher man, David, came to fix my dishwasher this morning. He fixed it in no time and set me up with a warranty plan. He was very nice, helpful, and so professional. I am so glad I called Sears Appliance Repair!
