Michael tried to fix the issue we are having with our GE washer (it will no longer put in enough water to wash our clothes as it originally did. A Max Load fills to only approx 5" deep). When it could not be resolved, he was very nice about it and explained why. (Said he was told that is how GE washers fill). We appreciated Michael addressing the issue we were having and trying to help! Although we are still Not happy with our GE Washer UGH!

Roy is not only an excellent technician but also keeps you comfortable and informed. He was able to fix some bad mounting of one of the cutting blades that made it impossible for me to replace one of the blades, and then completed the job no problem! It was a good experience. I personally do not have a cart or a vehicle with towing hitch to take the tractor to a repair place and I knew Sears could come to my house and do the repair and maintenance.

The repair man was prompt. He called before time to let me know he was coming early and then called me within an hour to let me know of a delay. He was able to work on everything at the time of the estimate. I was very happy for all the success.

My technician was extremely knowledgable and experienced as he worked on my gas range. He was able to pinpoint the problem, make a diagnosis, and order the appropriate parts immediately. I would highly recommend him again.
