Jorge was great, in and out in less than 30 minutes. Working great. Working through texts with updates on scheduling appointments updates was terrible. This part of the service needs work!

The technician was so friendly and quick getting the washer fixed. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the lack of communication with the company itself. I hate the fact that I have to clear my entire day to wait for them to come. Also, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times. And each appointment rescheduled is at least a week out (the last rescheduling was 10 days from the second rescheduled appointment). I haven't had my washer in over a month. For the second rescheduled appointment, we did not receive any communication about the technician not being able to make it that day until the next day. So we stayed home and canceled our original plans for absolutely no reason. If feels like they don't value their customers at all. When you go to the service site to check on the estimated time of arrival they don't update the times. My appointment this morning said "8:15" until 1030 when it changed to "10:40." It stayed like that until the technician finally arrived at 12:20.

Repairman was asked not to have elderly lady go down to the basement. He apparently didn't have a flashlight to see the fuse box or couldn't find the pull down light cord. The area where the washer was did have light. He was asked to speak with her about what was wrong. He repaired a pump, then realized the washer wasn't working at all. He was polite and called to explain. He should use a public restroom before getting to a customer's house.
