Repairman was asked not to have elderly lady go down to the basement. He apparently didn't have a flashlight to see the fuse box or couldn't find the pull down light cord. The area where the washer was did have light. He was asked to speak with her about what was wrong. He repaired a pump, then realized the washer wasn't working at all. He was polite and called to explain. He should use a public restroom before getting to a customer's house.

I still don't know if what the technician did to my fridge will make my ice maker work again, I really doubt it, on top of that what was supposed to be a free service call under the extended warranty turned out to be a $50.00 charge for cleaning the condenser behind the fridge. We'll see.

The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because it took multiple months to get my washer repair repaired the first technician that came out apparently didn’t know what the hell he was doing and didn’t get my washer fixed and didn’t even make sure it was working properly before he left The second technician that came out ordered all the parts that he thought he needed. I had to wait until December 6 to get my. Just to come to find out, it was just a broken wire on the plus side. My washer has a bunch of new parts that the warranty has paid for, but it took months for Sears to fix when all it was in the first place was a wire the technicians need to be trained a little bit better in their job but my last technician Was very helpful.

He was fine. Disappointed that yall don’t clear dryer vents. Paid 119 for him to tell me what I already knew. I assumed yall could clear the dryer vent. But nope.

He was late and then after he got done putting a belt and clutch, which what he thought to be the problem. The washer wouldn't work at all, said now it is the motor. It was washing before, but with a noise at the end of the last spin cycle.
